Rules of Posting/General Rules and Regulations:
The first basic rule of any forum is to prevent the members from spamming the board; therefore, we too are going to promote a spam free atmosphere through out the whole board except for the few dedicated forums that we have chosen especially for absurd and irrelevant posts. Hence, you may neglect any Spam related rules in those forums. Furthermore, we have a strict policy for members who spread awful sharing material such as pornographic images, racial slurs, flaming, personal swears etc… Alongside these we will permanently ban any member who intends to share illegal software, movies, video games, etc… You may share freeware but it must be certified and genuine. DAD Academy takes no responsibility of the 3rd party software that one may share here, if it misleads, contains any viruses, in that case DAD Academy shall not be held responsible and the author must take full responsibility of any loss that is conducted by the download that he shared.
Warning System:
Any member found guilty of breaking any of the rules mentioned in here shall be warned by the following amounts. Certain levels results in a ban. Somehow, if one manages to evade the ban, he/she will end up with a permanent IP ban. A good news regarding the warning system is that it promotes a ‘second chance’ policy in which the violator gets a chance to reduce his warning level if he keeps well on the board throughout a time span of 3 months, after completing the grace period of 3 months in such a case, the person in regard shall contact the Security Administrator for his warning level to be reduced after scrutiny. Remember, the site is always on a lookout for members who don’t have warning levels; they are always given priority in this matter. So always be careful not to violate any of the site rules, they are logical and are easy to follow.
Double Posting:
No member is to be found double posting on the forum unless it is necessary to do so, if any member is found double posting intentionally and unreasonably. He/she will be warned verbally prior to an actual warn augmentation.
Backseat Modding
BS Modding is unacceptable and not tolerated in DAD Academy. If you find an individual breaking any rules intentionally please send a PM to the Security Administrator, Jin Kazama.
Reporting
A member of DAD Academy who finds another member breaking the rules should send a PM to Jin Kazama, the Security Administrator. He will deal with it in the most effective manner given the circumstances.
Flaming
Under no circumstances should the following words be used in a post: Noob, amateur, rookie, etc.
Warnings/Punishments
When you obtain 3 points, you will be banned for 1 day.
When you obtain 6 points, you will be banned for 3 days.
When you obtain 8 points, you will be banned for a week.
When you obtain 10 points, you will be banned PERMANENTLY.
Double Posting: 1 point
Spamming: 2 points
Pornographic material: 10 points + IP BAN
Backseat Moderating: 3 points
Flaming: 5 points
Illegal Material: 10 points + IP BAN

| All about DAD Academy | Welcome to Dark Armed Dragon Academy, the home of many great KCVDS Yu-Gi-Oh duelists, quick learners, kind-hearted administrators, and hidden talent. If you've reached this site in error, please don't go away. There's a place for everyone at DAD Academy. Our academy has come a long way. At it's beginning we only had a mere 30 members; now we have hundreds. We have an active staff, including Administrators like Dark Armed Dragon and TheWingedDragonOfRa, and professors like Bertha and the newly missing-in-action ristar87. Thanks to our active moderating staff, we keep this place clean and spam - free. We've added to the staff, as the amount of users increases, so we can help out everyone as best as possible. We've started several YGO-related ideas such as The Spirit Keys and the Shadow Raiders, found different ways to make YGO even more fun, and even started a competitive team known as the DAD Crush Team. In our academy, you can always find a duel, a deck, a friend's hamachi network, an active tournament, or a fun duel on KCVDS or DMU. You can win DAD credits through duels and cards you made, cashing them in for a nice signature, a deck, or an avatar! To sum it up, DAD is a warm welcoming great place to be. Enjoy!
