Yep, It's DaDdy Boy again but this time with one of my favorite archetype : Gadgets!

So lets get started

Any advance duelist can understand the good side of Gadgets that is the +1 you get when you summon a Gadget you search other,
so you thin your deck and also you have a little monster on the field and also in hand. You don't see 60 cards players use Gadgets
cause it's like who cares when he's playing 60 it doesn't matter the +1 he gets. Usually Gadget deck are ran between 40 and 43 cards.
I have never ran 40 card Gadget deck since it's just too bad, even with 43 there's possibilities you will get double Gadgets witch you won't like.
So as they're weak we gotta protect them with Spell & Traps. Most Gadget decks are known to have lots of destruction Trap & Spells
and that's how Gadgets roll.

So we've got

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Green Gadget
Earth ; LVL 4 ; Machine : ATK 1400 DEF 600

When you Normal Summon or Special Summon this card, you can add 1 "Red Gadget" from your Deck to your Hand.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Red Gadget
Earth ; LVL 4 ; Machine : ATK 1300 DEF 1500

When you Normal Summon or Special Summon this card, you can add 1 "Yellow Gadget" from your Deck to your Hand.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Yellow Gadget
Earth ; LVL 4 ; Machine : ATK 1200 DEF 1200

When you Normal Summon or Special Summon this card, you can add 1 "Green Gadget" from your Deck to your Hand.

So as you noticed they always search each other.

Now I wouldn't go for useful cards in Gadgets or something, since not every Gadget deck runs them, so instead I will go to the Gadgets Variant.

There are a lot of Gadgets Variant let's list some of them ;

Machina Gadgets
Gadgets Oppression
Gadgets Synchro
Zombie Gadgets
Chimeratech Gadgets
Gadvell
Volcanic Gadgets
Gadgets Hand Rape

Machina Gadgets

The new Machina Archtype came in Machina Mayhem Structure Deck witch is pretty nice Structure deck for new duelists ,
witch in you get the Machina monsters, the Gadgets , Dimension Prison , Solidarity and other nice cards. So the boss
monster of the deck is Machina Fortress and what it does is

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

You can discard Machine-Type monster(s) whose total Levels equal 8 or more to Special Summon this card from your hand or
Graveyard. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, select and destroy 1 card your opponent controls.
When this face-up card you control is targeted by an opponent's Effect Monster's effect, look at your opponent's hand and
discard 1 card from their hand.

If have never played Machina Gadgets now you will be like wtf cause of you have to discard either 1 LVL 8 or 2 Gadgets, but the tricky
part is in this ruling

You can discard from your hand "Machina Fortress" and other Machine-Type monsters to Special Summon that "Machina Fortress" from
your Graveyard. You can do this even if there is no other "Machina Fortress" in your Graveyard.

So basically this is what makes that card great and with the help of Gadgets it's just too amazing , you get the +1 when you summon a Gadget
then you discard the Gadget you got from the Gadget you summoned along with Machina Fortress to get Machina Fortress rockin' on the field.
It is a 2500 beater with 1600 DEF It's great yet if it is destroyed by battle you'll get to destroy one of your opponent's cards wether it's
S/T or Monster, yet if you opponent trys to get rid of it with one of the most popular cards these days Caius then they'll have to show you thier hand and you get
to discard 1 card.

Other great card is Machina Gearfarme

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

When this card is Normal Summoned, you can add 1 "Machina" monster, except "Machina Gearframe", from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn,
during your Main Phase, you can equip this card to a Machine-Type monster you control as an Equip Card, OR unequip it to Special Summon this card
in face-up Attack Position. (A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead.)

Stratos for Machinas baby Wink Great card that lets you move Machina Fortress or Machina Force from your deck to your hand to make the plan faster also the
equip effect is amazing saving your Fortress or Gadgets from destruction by effect or battle.

Machina Force

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "Commander Covington". This card cannot declare an attack unless
you pay 1000 Life Points. You can send this card from the field to the Graveyard to select and Special Summon one each of "Machina Soldier", "Machina Sniper",
and "Machina Defender" from your Graveyard.

Ignore the effect but love the LVL 10 fact and the "Machina" in it's name so it is searchble with Machina Gearfarme. This card is basiclly use to get Machina Fortress
from the Graveyard to the field.

Scrap Recycler

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can select and send 1 Machine-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can return
2 Level 4 Machine-Type EARTH monsters from your Graveyard to the Deck to draw 1 card.

So what is card useful part is it's that you send Machina Fortress to the graveyard so you can revive it with discarding Machina Force from your hand, also recycling your
dead Gadgets & Gearfarme.

Solidarity

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

If you have only 1 original (printed) Type of monster in your Graveyard, face-up monsters you control with the same Type gain 800 ATK.

This card is just too amazing and it's one of the reasons why Machina Gadgets are so great .. The little Gadgets aren't little anymore with this card around.
With only 1 copy they're +2000 so it's amazing with 1 Copy Machina Fortress will become 3300 witch can destroy any monster in battle [ without some annoying effect Wink ]

Deck List ; 42

Monsters ; 17

x2 Machina Force
x3 Machina Fortress
x3 Machina Gearfarme
x2 Green Gadget
x2 Red Gadget
x2 Yellow Gadget
x2 Cyber Phoenix
x1 Scrap Recycler

Spells ; 14

x3 Smashing Ground
x2 Fissure
x1 Limiter Removal
x3 Solidarity
x2 Book of Moon
x1 Pot of Avarice
x1 Heavy Storm
x1 Giant Trunade

Traps ; 11

x1 Mirror Force
x1 Torrential Tribute
x2 Bottomless Trap Hole
x1 Call Of The Haunted
x3 Dimensional Prison
x2 Trap Hole
x1 Solenm Judgment
[ x1 Starlight Road for IRL ]

Side Deck ; 15

x2 Cyber Dragon

x2 Dust Tornado
x2 Gottoms Emergency Call
x2 Compulsory Evacuation Device
x1 Return From The Different Dimension
x2 Mask Of Restrict
x2 Mirror Of Oaths
x2 Royal Oppression

Extra Deck ; 15

x2 Chimeratech Fortress Dragon
x1 Ally Of Justice Catastor
x1 Black Rose Dragon
x1 Brionac, Dragon Of The Ice Barrier
x1 Colossal Fighter
x1 Dark End Dragon
x1 Goyo Guardian
x1 Magical Android
x1 Mist Wurm
x1 Psychic Lifetrancer
x1 Red Dragon Archfiend
x1 Stardust Dragon
x1 Thought Ruler Archfiend
x1 X-Saber Urbellum

So basically you have lots of monster removal cards that what lets your Gadgets stick around.

For side deck

Cyber Dragon for mirror Matches
Return from The Different Dimension for 2nd or 3rd game when you get System Down'd Wink
Royal Oppression for kinda going Oppressive if needed, like too much Synchro spam.

WE'RE DONE!

Wait wait I meant with Machina Gadgets

Gadgets Oppression

Gadgets oppression are with also removal cards and used to counter the Meta of the time. I myself have used
D.D. Gadgets didn't try other Oppression variants

Let's get to the deck list then move on the explanation

Deck List ; 42

Monsters ; 16

x1 Tragoedia
x3 Thunder King Rai-Oh
x2 D.D. Assailant
x3 D.D. Warrior Lady
x2 Green Gadget
x2 Red Gadget
x2 Yellow Gadget
x1 Plaguespreader Zombie

Spells ; 13

x3 Smashing Ground
x2 Fissure
x2 Soul Taker
x2 Book of Moon
x1 Reinforcement Of The Army
x1 Heavy Storm
x1 Giant Trunade
x1 Brain Control

Traps ; 13

x2 Bottomless Trap Hole
x1 Torrential Tribute
x1 Mirror Force
x1 Call Of The Haunted
x1 Return From The Different Dimension
x3 Dimensional Prison
x2 Royal Oppression
x2 Trap Hole

Side Deck; 15

x2 D.D. Crow

x2 Dimensional Fissure
x2 Nobleman Of Crossout

x2 Gottoms Emergency Call
x2 Pulling The Rug
x2 Compulsory Evacuation Device
x2 Dust Tornado
x1 CeaseFire

Extra Deck ; 15

x2 Chimeratech Fortress Dragon
x1 Ally Of Justice Catastor
x1 Black Rose Dragon
x1 Brionac, Dragon Of The Ice Barrier
x1 Colossal Fighter
x1 Dark End Dragon
x1 Goyo Guardian
x1 Magical Android
x1 Mist Wurm
x1 Psychic Lifetrancer
x1 Red Dragon Archfiend
x1 Stardust Dragon
x1 Thought Ruler Archfiend
x1 X-Saber Urbellum

So as you can see this is some more destructive than Machina Gadgets although the best Gadgets types in my opinion
now are Machina Gadgets, but System Down is their biggest weakness. Using D.D. Warriors is pretty nice since they're nice beaters
also with their effect you get rid of annoying Synchros such as Stardust Dragon witch can annoy your Smashing, Fissure, Soul Taker
I also run CeaseFire in side deck just for Spy's or the Nobleman Of Crossouts are gonna come in game 2.

Other version of Gadget oppression like the version above but featuring Doomcaliber Knight

Deck List ; 42

Monsters ; 17

x1 Tragoedia
x3 Thunder King Rai-Oh
x2 D.D. Warrior Lady
x3 Doomcaliber Knight
x2 Green Gadget
x2 Red Gadget
x2 Yellow Gadget
x1 Plaguespreader Zombie
x1 Blackwing - Gale The Whirlwind

Spells ; 12

x3 Smashing Ground
x2 Fissure
x2 Soul Taker
x2 Book of Moon
x1 Heavy Storm
x1 Giant Trunade
x1 Brain Control

Traps ; 13

x2 Bottomless Trap Hole
x1 Torrential Tribute
x1 Mirror Force
x1 Call Of The Haunted
x1 Return From The Different Dimension
x3 Dimensional Prison
x2 Royal Oppression
x2 Trap Hole

Other version more like RFP style

Deck List ; 42

Monsters ; 17

x1 Tragoedia
x1 Cyber Dragon
x2 Banisher Of The Radiance
x2 D.D. Warrior Lady
x2 Doomcaliber Knight
x2 Green Gadget
x2 Red Gadget
x2 Yellow Gadget
x2 Legendary Jujitsu Master
x1 Blackwing - Gale The Whirlwind

Spells ; 12

x3 Smashing Ground
x2 Fissure
x2 Soul Taker
x3 Book of Moon
x1 Heavy Storm
x1 Giant Trunade

Traps ; 13

x2 Bottomless Trap Hole
x1 Torrential Tribute
x1 Mirror Force
x1 Return From The Different Dimension
x3 Dimensional Prison
x2 Royal Oppression
x3 Trap Hole

There can be lot of Gadget Oppression Styles it's just that you have to work your mind to make something nice

Now we're done with Gadgets Oppression

Let's get started with Gadget Synchro

So it's mostly used with Krebons , Plaguespreader , Blackwing - Gale The Whirlwind for LVL 6 or LVL 7.

Looks something like this

Deck List ; 41

Monsters ; 17

x1 Tragoedia
x3 Thunder King Rai-Oh
x2 Cyber Dragon
x2 Green Gadget
x2 Red Gadget
x2 Yellow Gadget
x1 Plaguespreader Zombie
x2 Krebons
x1 Psychic Commander
x1 Blackwing - Gale The Whirlwind

Spells ; 14

x3 Smashing Ground
x2 Fissure
x2 Soul Taker
x2 Book of Moon
x1 Heavy Storm
x1 Giant Trunade
x1 Emergency Teleport
x1 Mind Control
x1 Brain Control

Traps ; 10

x2 Bottomless Trap Hole
x1 Torrential Tribute
x1 Mirror Force
x3 Dimensional Prison
x1 Royal Oppression
x2 Trap Hole

So the point is to use Gadgets for Synchro summon, Ultimate Offering can feature with some Synchro Gadget variants or Gadget OTK
For this deck you'll need LVL 6 Synchros & LVL 7 mostly. Won't write the Side or Extra Decks.

Zombie Gadgets

I've tried this deck once and to be honest didn't like it. So I won't talk about it .. It's basically Gadgets with Zombie and Zombie World
Special Summoning them from Graveyard to get +1 and so. It's epic fail in my opinion.

Chimeratech Gadgets

Basically Machina Gadgets featuring Jinzo , Future Fusion & Overload Fusion

This is Peter Cheng's deck witch became First in the Washington YCS

Monsters:

2x Red Gadget
2x Yellow Gadget
2x Green Gadget
3x Machina Fortress
1x Machina Force
3x Machina Gearframe
1x Card Trooper
2x Jinzo
2x Jinzo – Returner
2x Cyber Dragon
1x Scrap Recycler

Spells:

1x Heavy Storm
1x Gold Sarcophagus
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Pot of Avarice
1x Brain Control
1x Limiter Removal
1x Future Fusion
2x Solidarity
2x Smashing Ground

Traps:

2x Bottomless Trap Hole
1x Mirror Froce
1x Torrential Tribute
1x Trap Dustshoot
1x Dust Tornado
1x Royal Oppression
1x Solemn Judgment
1x Call of the Haunted

So It's like nice OTK when you get your combo with Future Fusion , Limiter Removal & Solidarity won't hurt.

We're done with this, Now move on to the next!

Gadvell

This is one of my ideas was thinking to make in real life. So it's Gadgets and Flamvell Engine.

Here's list

Deck ; 42

Monsters ; 17

x1 Tragoedia
x1 Gorz the Emmisary Of Darkness
x3 Flamvell Firedog
x3 Flamvell Magical
x2 Green Gadget
x2 Red Gadget
x2 Yellow Gadget
x1 Blackwing - Gale The Whirlwind
x1 Sangan
x1 Neo-Spacian Grand Mole

Spells ; 16

x3 Smashing Ground
x2 Fissure
x3 Book of Moon
x1 Brain Control
x1 Mind Control
x1 Enemy Controller
x1 Mystical Space Typhoon
x1 Heavy Storm
x1 Pot Of Avarice
x2 Rekindling

Traps ; 9

x2 Bottomless Trap Hole
x1 Torrential Tribute
x1 Call Of The Haunted
x3 Dimensional Prison
x1 Solemn Judgment
x1 Starlight Road

Tested it few times on KCVDS it was quite good but didn't play it much or made it.

Volcanic Gadgets

I pretty much like them I'll be testing them in real life, it's about to have a nice 1900 beater and to get +1s from Volcanic Shell while chillin' in the graveyard.

Deck 42

Monsters 18

x3 Volcanic Rocket
x3 Volcanic Shell
x1 Tragoedia
x1 Cyber Dragon
x2 D.D. Warrior Lady
x2 Green Gadget
x2 Red Gadget
x2 Yellow Gadget
x1 Blackwing - Gale The Whirlwind
x1 Sangan

Spells 13

x2 Book Of Moon
x1 Heavy Storm
x1 Mystical Space Typhoon
x2 Blaze Accelerator
x1 Creature Swap
x3 Fissure / Smashing Ground
x1 Lightning Vortex
x2 Pot Of Avarice

Traps 11

x2 Bottomless Trap Hole
x3 Dimensional Prison
x1 Torrential Tribute
x1 Call Of The Haunted
x2 Royal Oppression
x1 Solemn Judgment
x1 Starlight Road

So we're using less destruction as usual but now we're using destruction with Blaze Accelerator's effect
with that effect i can discard Volcanic Shell to destroy any monster on my opponent's side of the field the down side is
that I can't attack that turn. Having Volcanic Rocket with 1900 ATK is pretty nice and if hes Normal Summoned,
Special Summoned or Flip Summoned I get Blaze Accelerator from Deck or Graveyard to my hand witch makes it great card.

Gadgets Hand Rape

This deck relies on seeing how your opponent is jelous that you have more cards in hand than him :P
I also tried this deck IRL it did well

Deck 42

Monsters ; 18

x1 Tragoedia
x2 Breaker The Magical Warrior
x2 Green Gadget
x2 Red Gadget
x2 Yellow gadget
x3 Don Zaloog
x2 X-Saber Airbellum
x2 Banisher Of The Radiance
x1 Blackwing - Gale The Whirlwind

Spells ; 13

x2 Book Of Moon
x3 Shrink
x2 Fissue
x3 Smashing Ground
x1 Heavy Storm
x1 Brain Control
x1 Rienforcement Of the Army

Traps ; 12

x2 Bottomless Trap Hole
x3 Dimensional Prison
x1 Royal Oppression
x1 Return From The Different Dimension
x1 Torrential Tribute
x2 Trap Hole
x2 Robbin' Goblin

So as you can see this deck resolves around Discarding your opponent's hand so he can no longer use cards from his hand
as we all know you need cards in your hand to able to win unless you're playing Infernties, and with old school
Banisher Of The Radiance the Discarded cards go to RFP instead of Graveyard.

So thats all about my article. I hope you learned something about those Little Gadgets & had good time reading the article Smile

Eh.... it looks like a "clown article" as I like to call it when they have way different colors mixed in at once XD Anyways, organize your paragraphs a bit more. Do not use many smilies. It kinda kills the reading when you are reading something interesting, and BOOM a happy face gets in the way :/

for images, next time get smaller ones (: That way so the article would not look so huge. Make it more professional, and make as least mistakes as possible. Not trying to make you look bad. Just trying to tell you some tips from a pal (:

for bbcoding use [italics] and [bold] more often. Makes the article more presentable. I know you probably did this in about 30 mins. max. So it's ok I guess. Was good either way. Informs all gadget fans out there different ways to tech them in to different varieties Wink
