Card Name: Prime Material Dragon
Reason for Nomination: It can be a good beatstick monster with 2400 ATK points; plus it can take effects that are supposed to inflict damage to a player and reverse the effect (give life points), among other good uses

Picture of card:

Effect: Any effect that would inflict damage to a player instead increases their Life Points by the same amount. When a card's effect to destoy a monster(s) on the field is activated, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to negate its activation and destroy the card.

Herald of Perfection

No need my words. We saw its power.

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Dawn of the Herald". When your opponent activates a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect, you can send 1 Fairy-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard to negate the activation and destroy that card.
